Turnaround Solutions is owned and operated by Michael Cohen, A. B., J. D. Michael was born in New Jersey and lived in California for most of his life. He practiced business law there for approximately 20 years. Since 1991 he has operated his own consulting firm assisting businesses with financial problems and worked as a business coach. He has negotiated the successful resolution of thousands of business disputes and significantly improved the health of businesses.  He has also engaged in numerous communication and mediation trainings.    
 
He nurtures his creativity as a sculptor (see michaelcohensculpture.com). Michael currently lives and works in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife, Karen Rivers.
